EDITORIAL POLICY, GOALS & OBJECTIVES
 
 

MISSION

    The Mission of the New Hampshire Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA-NH) is as stated in the chapter by-laws as follows:

The purposes of the Chapter shall be:
a. To promote the aims of the MOAA stated in the By-Laws of that Association.
b. To further legislative goals and objectives of MOAA.
c. To encourage and facilitate camaraderie among our membership.
d. To provide useful services for, and to protect the interests of members, their dependents, and survivors.
e. To encourage participation in community services deemed to be in the Chapter's best interest.


STATUS

    The Status of the Chapter is a non-profit organization organized for social, recreational, and patriotic purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)19 of the Internal Revenue Code, and the applicable New Hampshire statutes.
 
 

EDITORIAL POLICY

    This is the official website of the New Hampshire Chapter of MOAA, which is an affiliate of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA).  MOAA and its affiliated chapters and councils are nonpartisan.
 
 

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

    The chapter shall develop specific Goals and Objectives aimed at achieving the intentions of the preamble and purposes of the Chapter by-laws.  A management (strategic) plan shall be developed depicting our mission statement, goals, objectives, tasks, timelines and objective owners.  The plan shall be considered a living document; reviewed and affirmed as being current and relevant by each new president and elected officers or when they deem it appropriate.
